These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mailmagic web application (“the App”) and any related services provided by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App

2.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit or share User Content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violates any third-party rights.

3.1 App Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, features, and intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.
